laba porridge

         

laba porridge, also known as "seven-treasured and five-flavor porridge", "buddha porridge", and "union food", is made from various ingredients. the earliest written records about it appeared in the song dynasty, so the history of chinese people drinking laba porridge could be over a thousand years.

magic tricks to make laba porridge

ingredients

rice, glutinous rice, millet, black rice, red beans, kidney beans, mung beans, soybeans, peanuts, walnuts, lotus seeds, dried lily, red dates, candied dates, rock sugar. (it's ok if you don't have all the materials, just apply whatever you have~)
